Clear operating terms for using BulaLink

By creating an account or using BulaLink, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring the activity performed through your account is authorised.

You are responsible for the content, links, QR destinations, catalogues, and other materials you publish through your workspaces. You must not use BulaLink for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity, including phishing, malware distribution, or spam.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any content, links, QR code destinations, catalogues, images, files, or materials they upload, publish, or share through BulaLink are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe the rights of others.

Users must not use BulaLink to publish, promote, link to, or distribute illegal, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, abusive, infringing, malicious, phishing, impersonation, spam, or security-threatening content. BulaLink may restrict, suspend, or remove content, links, QR codes, catalogues, workspaces, or accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users, the platform, or the public.

Users are responsible for the destination URLs, files, content, and materials connected to their links, QR codes, catalogues, and public profiles.

Paid plans, limits, and feature availability may change over time. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to applicable pricing, billing, and renewal terms presented at the time of purchase. Payment processing may involve third-party providers.

We may update, suspend, or retire features, plans, or integrations when reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service.

BulaLink may update, modify, add, or remove features from free or paid plans from time to time. Access to features may depend on the user's active plan, subscription status, workspace limits, and platform rules. Where practical, material changes affecting paid users should be communicated through the platform or official support channels.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or expose the platform or other users to harm.

BulaLink may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, links, QR codes, catalogues, workspaces, or access to features if there is suspected misuse, violation of these Terms, security risk, payment abuse, unlawful activity, or conduct that may harm users, CRESPIRE, BulaLink, or the public.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, create, or publish through BulaLink, including logos, images, catalogues, links, descriptions, business information, and other materials. By using the platform, users grant BulaLink and CRESPIRE permission to host, display, process, and deliver that content only as required to provide the service.

BulaLink's branding, application code, platform design, service materials, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the property of CRESPIRE, legally registered as Creatively Inspire Pte Ltd, unless stated otherwise.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Fiji. Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from or relating to the use of BulaLink shall be subject to the applicable courts, authorities, and legal processes of Fiji.

BulaLink and CRESPIRE will comply with legal, regulatory, law enforcement, court, or government requests where required by applicable law.

BulaLink is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
